Have a great holiday season!

Before we sign-off for the year, we wanted to wish you fun and good memory making moments with those you love, but also stay safe and take time to rest. We know some of you will be required to work - take care and pace yourself.

You’ll hear from us again in January!

NB Save the date for the first noho marae in Ōtautahi Fri 27 - Sun 29 January with a focus on the Te Ao Māori unit standards.

When the morning dew sets

Droplets from the whirlpool of Matangirau have come and set on the land

From the breath of Ranginui I am awakened and I have a place on the mantle of mankind

When the rays of the sun caress my skin I am overwhelmed, and know it is going to be a good day

In the highs and lows I will always be there to guide my whānau

Thank you to our marae hosts

Kei ngā Marae i manaakitia mai i ā tātou, i haumarutia i ā mātou noki, horekau he kupu tū atu ko te aroha, nōreira mihi mai, mihi mai, mihi mai rā. Kei ngā mauri o te whenua karanga mai rā, kei ngā pae maunga hei whakaruruhau i ā mātou tū mai, tū mai, tū mai rā. E te Iwi, te hapū ara te whānau whānui nāu i manaaki e tiaki i ā mātou, tēna koe, tēna koutou, tēna tātou katoa.
To the marae who took care of us, who sheltered us, there are no words but love. With that I mihi to you all, to the life essence of the land I call to you. To the mountains that protected us stand tall for all time. To the Iwi, the Hapū and to the wider whānau, thank you for looking after us. We thank you all.
